Rules and Regulations

We ask you to take into consideration the following points whilst on the site -
  1. The sale of stolen, pirated or fake goods is prohibited.
  2. You may only sell personal property. Those who attend boot sales regularly, employ someone to help with the sale, and/or sell similar goods at other venues generating a regular income are by law classed as a trader and will be required to contact the site organisers for further information prior to arrival.
  3. Be aware that if you describe goods you are selling and that description turns out to be inaccurate, you are required to give a refund, replacement or a partial refund to reflect the misdescription.
